Use github with a custom bugtracker
Configure the application with the path of your personnal bugtracker, like http://redmine.johnsmith.com/issues/
Then, browse your commit. All commit title referenced a ticket like #1123 will become a link to your bugtracker.
Bonus : when you write your release note or pull request with some ticket number, a link will be generated automatically.
DOUBLE BONUS : Your release note is now preseted !!
