- Admin of Saint Michaels Middle here, We have been using this extension and have decided to discontinue the use of this extension due too the vast majority of problems expressed to us by students and teachers most of them being about how the screen will lag and freeze up and the students say it puts an unbearable amount of stress on top of what they already have going through puberty and worrying about their grades. One student James Buzzeli had the courage to make it a point to us that this shows the students the dictatorship going on in a classroom with the teacher having complete control, Although many argue they will do foolish things such as play games, not do work, etc. We believe students should be mature enough by 6th grade to take accountability and be responsible for themselves unless they are special needs or have any learning disabilities that require help from a tutor or adult of course. We as a school admin have seen how this benefits students and teachers helping the class run smoothly. From our teacher Mrs. smith she states" students seem to have a decrease in stress and have said to me that they feel a lot more independent. Thank you for your time- SMMS

Just cause one person is beating it on a school issued device, doesn't mean everyone else is.

- Honestly, I can respect a school's decision to monitor their students to make sure what they're doing isn't inappropriate. Most of these reviews are written by toddlers that think that it's stupid for a school to monitor their *own device*. I am one of the students that think it's a great idea to keep this. Also, the reviews written by some kiddos made me laugh because of just how irritated they are that they can't take a school computer on a joyride. XD!

- Hello! As a school administrator, I highly do not support this extension. We recently had a security breach where our IP Address was leaked and all of our students personal information was leaked. And we believe LanSchool is the reason behind it. LanSchool is very old and doesn't fit new technology these days and feels like it should be used on computers like Windows 3 or 4. I don't feel comfortable using LanSchool due to security problems and issues leading to the unsafety of out students. This is also very hard to navigate through and especially for our older teachers/administrators at our school. Is what I would say if I was an actual teacher. LanSchool just sucks
