Some posts simply don't have the requested result, but the credits are used and not returned if the service is not completed. Not to mention that it takes more than 2 days to get the result for those who deliver. I'm honestly thinking about giving up using it. It's more expensive than the competition. When it worked it was good, but now I don't see much of an advantage. I'll wait a little longer and change my stars to average or lower depending on what I see in the next few days.

Now its better but I hate the fact that most of the members are French so quite far away from my target audience. I would prefer en & ro users. Community needs to grow for sure. There is some improvement on reach level but dont expect wonders.
- (2025-04-10) Tim Gold: Terrible. Avoid at all costs. I pre-paid for a lot of credits. They changed their system to make more money and after lots of back and forth with the owner - they weren't prepared to do anything to help. So effectively I've paid for credits they've stolen from me and it's the worst customer service ever. They're in trouble and will no doubt go out of business soon. Lesson #1 in business - look after your customers - don't rip them off! I hope this saves everyone reading their money and time. Don't get scammed like I did with this joke of a business.
