Convert ANSI characters to colors on the fly / on button click for the lazy ones. This open source plugins reads the content of the page when you click the extension icon and runs rburns/ansi-to-html on the current page to convert from hard to read characters to actual html without ansi codes.

- As of 2024's Chrome 124, this did not modify the displayed plaintext file for me at all, nor do anything else like open a new window with the rendered colors. It does _sound_ like it would be doing what I want, but it has done nothing for me.

- At least with .log files it doesn't work, it writes escaped span tags like " <span style="color:#A50">Info<span style="color:#FFF"> 4/22/2022, 4:07:22 PM <span style="color:#A50">"

- Great idea; unfortunately it does not preserve the monospace font (on Windows 10), so it makes logs unreadable. As the other review mentioned, it would also be nice to have the actual colors, but keeping it monospace is a must have IMHO.
