Allows changing tab volume on per website basis

This extensions allows boosting or lowering tab volume up to 800% on a per website basis. That means a volume configuration is associated with a particular website, is saved that way and will change for two or more tabs displaying the same website.
Unfortunately, due to API limitations, whenever a new tab is open the extension needs a user interaction to activate. That interaction can be in the form of clicking the icon or pressing the shortcut Alt + Shift + S.

- You need to click on the icon every time you want to enable it for every site, which defeats it purpose. If I wanted to do that I would be managing volume manually. And I am being generous with 3 stars.

- This is EXACTLY what I wanted for volume control. For whatever reason, Facebook reels are just insanely loud on my PC compared to other sites. So, I really needed an extension that would always remember to quiet that site in particular. This extension does just that. I REALLY wish there was some way to allow the extension to just work without having to be clicked on each time, though.

- annoying you need to manually activate it but thats chromes fault i guess, but this is finally a per wesbite based volume changer that you can make quiet, and works on sites that generate audio like duolingo remembers websites settings super hard to find this but glad I did
