This app is promising. The UI design is minimal and nice. Unfortunately is still lacking some essential bookmark management functionality such as different views, sorting, batch editing tags, drag and drop organization, etc. But it's free and its under development so it might become a great tool soon. The bigger bug it has right now is that it you have to sign in almost everyday just to add a bookmark via the Chrome extension. It seems that it don't remember you are already signed in after one day of using it, which is quite annoying.

Its good for being entirely free but I was completely unable to save any kind of embedded video which is something that they advertised on their homepage. Considering their permanent copy of a webpage is just a picture screenshot I don't see how they would be able to do this at all.
