Auto Gmail connects directly to your inbox, trains on all your past email data to learn how you write and who you are and drafts email responses automatically to every inbound message you receive.
It is the best way of saving hours every day. Instead of improving your productivity with shortcuts or apps like Superhuman, simply let our AI learn about you and answer all your emails instead of you.
You don't need to click or instruct the AI, it works on mobile and desktop and writes emails even when you're not in Gmail. Upon opening your inbox, you'll see the new drafts, ready to be sent.
Your inbox contains everything you ever sent and therefore a big part of your knowledge. Stop repeating the same things and let Auto Gmail do the work. You stay in the driver seat of course and no email is ever sent without you actually hitting that "Send" button.
Upon installation, drafts will appear even on the mobile app, allowing you to answer faster while on the go.
You can instruct the AI and give it additional context such as links you'd like it to use (calendar links, tutorials, product pages and so on).
Under the hood, Auto Gmail works by connecting to the Gmail API and uses ChatGPT (GPT 4) and Llama-3 to draft email answers. For context, the most similar emails are passed along to help ChatGPT draft the most relevant answers.
Auto Gmail retrains every few days on your latest messages to stay up to date on new knowledge you sent per email.
Pricing:
Five day trial, then $27/mo or $197/year.
For people sending many emails, we have a Max plan at $47/mo

- (2025-05-02) Carl Juneau: The idea behind Auto Gmail is good, but it's clearly not ready for prime time. You need to pay extra for it to scan your history and work on mobile. OK, I upgraded to $14/mo hoping for a better experience. Boy was I wrong. Key Issues: - Drafts often fail to load (~40% failure rate) - Duplicates signature bug -- claimed fix, updated app, still broken - CC'd our own internal addresses -- required manual backend fix - Unresponsive support -- days between replies, needed chasing - AI doesn't learn (as others have pointed out) Keep in mind I paid extra for history processing. It still made basic errors. Ex: customer cancels for "back surgery," AI asks "Why are you cancelling?" Spent hours debugging their product, sending logs/videos. Meh. In short, the potential is there, but the current product is unstable, support is lacking, and core features are broken or misleading. Avoid until they fix these fundamental problems. 1 star.

- (2024-11-21) Lou Farrell: I have been using AutoGmail for about 2.5 months and I wanted to wait a bit before I posted a review. I can honestly say this service falls into the "game changer" category. Having the emails drafted and ready for a quick review before sending saves me valuable time. The new features such as setting your font and making suggestions for replies are great. The latest version seems to be a little faster in drafting responses too. I have also reached out to the folks at AutoGmail to answer questions and for support. They are responsive and their communication is excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend using AutoGmail. It's fantastic.
