You can toggle it on and off. While the plugin is active, clicking on a fandom link will redirect you to the official "wiki.gg"! Even if your friend sends you a fandom page from fandom, you'll be redirected! With that plugin also comes an option to remove the fandom result from the google search too! How amazing.
