My currency conversion extension is an HTML 5 enabled Chrome Extension. It provides a currency conversion for over 150 currencies using near real-time rates.

The following information is shown:

The converted amount,
The rate of exchange that was used,
The inverse rate,
The date and time (in your local time) when the rate was set.

In addition, the extension remembers your last choice (amount, from and to currencies) using HTML 5 local storage.

The user now has the ability to view the exchange rate of one currency vs another for a period up to 1 year. A tabular format or a chart is displayed.
