Currently supported prefixes are:
@handle - twitter.com/handle
r/subreddit - reddit.com/r/subreddit
/r/subreddit - reddit.com/r/subreddit
u/user - reddit.com/u/user
/u/user - reddit.com/u/user
This extension will not do any twitter on the twitter.com domain.
This extension will not do any reddit links on the reddit.com domain.
