Extract zip files with ease! It helps you to extract zip files (like WinZip) and view the files easily. Provides web PDF viewer.
You can choose a zip file to unzip from your computer or from Google Drive.
Zip, UnZip app reads files without uploading the file to any servers.
Zip, UnZip app does not save or share the file you select. It only works locally without going through the server. HTML5 technology.
Supports file preview for png, gif, jpg, bmp, mp3, ogg, wav, m4a, mp4, webm, ogv, pdf, flv, swf, txt, html.. formats.

- Lots of things went wrong. Once I connected this app, I noticed there was a new search browser installed rather than my usual google. Then there was also some kind of encryption reader that was added on to my extensions. The only thing I can think how all those got onto my chromebook was just before connecting this app, I first had to agree to installing those 2 other extensions before connecting and zip/ unzipping my files. Plus all the ads on this extension makes it EXTREMELY hard and confusing to zip or unzip my files. Cloudconverter so far seems to be the best converter to use and its easy straight to the point plus its FREE! DONT CONNECT ZIP, UNZIP APP! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- How can I remove this garbage from my chromebook?

- crashes and prompts to abort with every use, as for uninstalling it on a chromebook, go to your chrome start menu (the circle in the bottom corner that pulls up your apps), right click on zip, unzip app and select remove. When I come back to this page, it now asks me to Add To Chrome, indicating I've removed it.

- Needed an app to create a zip file today, this seems to be the only one, so gave it a try. It did the job for me so I am happy, about 12 jpgs zipped ok. Have to figure out that the "Dowload files" button is equivalent to "Save" (which I was looking for) when you are ready to finally make/save/zip your selection of files.

- There's a limit to the size of the zip folder it will work with. So far, all of my zip folders are too big for it to work. Pointless app.
