Helps Team Lead developers work faster with Pull Request on Github.

Just two buttons:

- "Approve" - fills Pull Request description with author name and approval text "@username looks good :+1:"

- "Cancel" - fills Pull Request form with author name and test to draw attention to comments "@username looks good, just a few suggestions"
