This is Malware that Google is complacent in. They do not allow you to report an app for hyjacking your search engine to ysearcher. This should be removed from Chrome Extensions. Shame on google for not vetting thier extensions.

In recent weeks it has become malware and will hijack and redirect any search inquiry you put in the search bar to ysearcher.com and then to 2-4 other sites. THIS IS MALWARE AND SHOULD BE BANNED. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I get the "Ad blockers violate YouTube's Terms of Service" message on YouTube, so the ad blocker does not work.

I had the usual adblock. and it worked great then youtube came up with a window that it was forbidden to use adblock. then I downloaded this version. everything worked great a few days, until today. then that window came up again.

Today I've got the message from Youtube, that I can only watch 3 more videos with adblocker. So I set the former blocker to allow ads on Youtube, and I installed this "Adblock for Youtube™", but unfortunately this does not work. Win 10, Chrome. So I try to delete this extension, and see what happens.
I might be an anomaly, but it was not preventing Youtube's new adblocker-blocker yesterday, but as of today (10-25-23) it is successfully blocking ads again on YT. In case it doesn't work again I'll go back to Brave, tho.
Loved it when it worked. YouTube has figured out how to block videos if an ad blocker is found. Problem is that YouTube videos are STILL blocked even after removing this extension, restarting Chrome, restarting the PC, and deleting browsing history. As a result I can no longer use YouTube.
