Personally, I have no clue how costly for the developer this addon is to build, but it has little value for me as I can't even see if it can do the task I need it for before paying for license, 18 USD for what? I am not able to test what your service is capable of. However, 50 messages are somewhat readable through csv format. I can recommend switching to xls format for the sake of convenience upon saving the file. Many users have little knowledge of these hurdles.
