Before it I used to be back and forwards messing about with clients trying to find times when we were both free. I now just send them a link and they book it for themselves. They really love the fact that they can manage changes and that they get reminders the day before. I really can't imagine how I managed before - highly recommended :)

I have a link to my ScheduleOnce profile in my email signature, so when people need to meet with me, it's easy and convenient. They can get it done without me having to do that old back-and-forth matching up schedules. The only thing I wish I could do is more easy schedule meetings with multiple ScheduleOnce customers. I have a group of 4 people who all use this tool, but we still have to do some manual work to get a mutually agreeable time. It's a nitpick on an otherwise useful tool. Obviously we all 4 are using it!

I've had my service techs build their MeetMe link into their email signature so that clients can see what's available and choose what works best for them. So far, it's saved us quite a bit of time; I think we'll keep it!

Scheduling one meeting at time -- to avoid a log jam of availability issues -- is the worst solution in the world, and punting my calendar to our project manager just shifts a ridiculous amount of work to another area of our business. • (2013-11-20) With the seamless integration into Google Calendars, ScheduleOnce is by far the best appointment and meeting scheduler out there. I have researched a lot of different options but none have as simple and clean interface as ScheduleOnce. It has made our lives so much easier and our customers much happier. We spend less time worrying if we missed or overbooked people because we can simply check our Google calendar and see who is scheduled and at what time and all of their contact info in right in the calendar. We have been able to integrate it in our Web site with no one knowing the difference. I would definitely recommend to others.

Unlike many other digital products and services, ScheduleOnce is a tool - not a toy. It can really increase the quality of your leads. Get paid before you waste time rescheduling people or dealing with flaky people who may cancel last minute. It integrates with Google Apps for Business and Education. The way the world of the web is changing, you need to be able to manage your calendar, schedule, availability without being distracted with all of these "tools, apps, widgets" out there. • (2013-10-02) I've used ScheduleOnce with the savvy and not-so-savvy technology users over the past year or so great success. I've used it to schedule meetings with clients when blocks of time during the week are few and far between. Using the tool, I can see my available time and easily mark it. Then, clients can clearly see and select the best overlap. From there, it's a simple click to schedule the meeting or appointment. I use it on the personal side too. We've used schedule our neighborhood Chili Fest two years running. With over 40 people on this list (about 25 e-mails), I can quickly and easily see all overlapping available time and schedule the best without offending or leaving anyone out. It's not always 100% overlap, but it's better than dictating a time and then going back and forth through e-mail, on the phone, or walking around the neighborhood to find the best time. The second best feature is the integration to my Google Apps account so that I can see my blocked time in the calendar before I ever schedule. It's a slick interface the beats the pants off of having two windows open and visually comparing before I mark my time. I love ScheduleOnce and have recommended to many colleauges and friends for work and personal scheduling. Keep up the good work! Great tool.
• (2013-08-28) Neil Wynne: I finally got around to doing the research for a Tungle alternative, and so far ScheduleOnce meets all of my needs - it has the tightest integration with Google Apps and a "Meet Me" page (unique URL to your scheduling portal that you can send via email, etc.). Surprisingly, many of the other services don't have this. I'd recommend adding it through your GoogleApps dashboard to make sure you get the integration (single sign-on, nav bar link, etc.) One last thought - none of the options I've come across sync with MS Exchange directly, so I'm not able to combine my work (Exchange) and personal (Google Apps) calendars to offer unified availability. This is surprising considering that so many mobile apps do this. Tungle didn't do this either so I can't complain too much but if ScheduleOnce ever adds this, it would be another key differentiator.
• (2013-08-27) I'm so glad I found ScheduleOnce for my tennis flex league matches - it’s so much easier! Normally you have to email back and forth to work out the match details with each of your competitors. Now they can just choose a day/time/location from those I suggest, and we're done. I love that the appointment goes directly to my calendar and sends them an email confirmation. Instead of 10 emails for each match, it's down to 1 or 2. Totally worth the price. The group meeting function would be perfect for doubles, when you have to work around 4 players' schedules to set up a single match. It would be awesome if ScheduleOnce developed a solution specifically for flex tennis leagues, so all players in a league could use it in a coordinated way. Also, the support is excellent. I received immediate and helpful responses via both phone and email. They even followed up today to let me know a minor bug I reported was fixed. Great customer service.
• (2013-08-20) ScheduleOnce is a great product for the Corporate Soul team at JetSuite! It’s what drives our recruitment process and helps us coordinate meetings effectively. It’s extremely easy to use and keeps us organized, allowing us to book appointments effortlessly. This feature is essential for our company and eases the stress of scheduling a meeting that is convenient for both parties. ScheduleOnce does all the work for us by allowing the client to choose the days and times convenient for them by what we have available! This product significantly increases our productivity and we would be incredibly inefficient without it! Definitely looking into upgrading!
• (2013-08-06) I was looking for a calendar system that would be easy for me and my clients to use. I wanted it seamlessly integrated into my online presence so that clients stayed focussed on what was important — the services they were getting from me. It was also important that the site be easy for me to set and change the times of my availability and that it sync with my own 'legacy' systems. Of all the scheduling platforms I investigated, ScheduleOnce fit the bill like a plug in a socket. It allowed me flexibility and ease. And the price was surprisingly affordable. I am recommending it to all my small business owning friends.

We aren't big enough to have a fulltime office manager so ScheduleOnce has helped cut down on missed meetings and schedule conflicts without the need for a new body. We love the tool and even get our clients to use it with us.
• (2013-07-09) Joseph Steig: Best service I've found for easily managing the often exhausting serious of requests I receive for meetings. Good updates that have addressed some of the interface quirks that make the difference between a startup and a more mature offering. Never had the website downtime that I've seen with other offerings in this space. I know some of the investors and this is a solid company, which is a relief because there have been some in this space that have fallen off the map.
• (2013-05-27) DerDieDas Brisbane: Schedule Once is a really great tool for scheduling appointments online. We have their calendar embedded into our website and our customers can simply pick a time and date for their first appointment. It then integrates with Google calendar. No double handing necessary. Since we are on a tight budget we opted for the free version, which gives you the most necessary functions and works like a treat. We are currently considering an upgrade to enable reminder emails, which are a great function too. All in all, schedule once is a great affordable tool for online scheduling and saves you heaps of time! I can certainly recommend using it.
• (2013-05-03) Eric Cress: After using scheduleonce for a year I upgraded to a paid version to turn on instant appointments. It works absolutely wonderfully for allowing staff to dynamically make appointments for me - and provide scheduling links to colleagues/clients. My staff used to over-book me frequently due to multiple meeting requests. That never happens any more - which has saved me embarrassment, email ping-pong, and time. Thanks Scheduleonce!
• (2013-05-01) Kevin Cape: As the Manager of Corporate Soul, I've relied on ScheduleOnce as my main recruitment tool to schedule interviews for about four months now. This handy Google App has increased my workplace productivity immensely as I no longer have to deal with "I am available on these dates at these times..." e-mails from candidates and then having to match those times with my own availability. ScheduleOnce does all of that for me! The setup was fast and extremely user-friendly. It took me literally minutes to get my MeetMe page up and running. When I had questions with the more advanced settings, their customer service team was very friendly and patient on the phone and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered. This App has to have saved me, my team and my managers at least two hours a week since we started using it. I am very happy with ScheduleOnce, and the value and efficiency it brings me. • (2013-04-30) AiLun Ku: We conduct many calls with our college Fellows across the country throughout the academic year and ScheduleOnce helps us coordinate busy schedules, save time and eliminate scheduling snafus. Our Salesforce administrator also uses ScheduleOnce for us to schedule calls with her and it's been incredible helpful to just book a meeting on her calendar without the constant back and forth and phone/e-mail tag. Love the auto-Google Calendar import function and ability to update availability in real time. Excellent tool for super productivity!!
• (2013-04-30) Andy Park: ScheduleOnce free online meeting organizer’s main strength lies in its beautiful interface. It uses strong graphics to make voting an enjoyable and simple process, along with its clever idea of showing you which dates suit other users as you go through the voting procedure. ScheduleOnce’s interface is fairly impressive, but is easy enough to use and the ability to set a regular meeting time is a very useful addition to this free online meeting organizer and makes it a fairly solid choice. We also like the at a glance method of viewing the results that shows you clearly who is available and when they are available. So to conclude, there is no hard and fast best free online meeting organizer out there, but SchduleOnce’s beautiful interface and excellent simplicity mean that it stands out from the rest of the bunch, all of which offer largely the same thing packaged in various different ways.
• (2013-04-29) ScheduleOnce quickly became my favorite method of polling groups of people about meeting times. With busy schedules and lots of "I can meet at this time if..." I am still able to poll the people I need and get a clear picture of when the best meeting times will be. It couldn't have taken me longer than 10 minutes to setup my account and get started using ScheduleOnce, it was so simple and self-explanatory, with a lot of extra helpful tips and links if I were to need them. I highly recommend use of this app, and I am someone who takes scheduling and calendaring very seriously.
• (2013-01-30) Jim Hurley: I am new to ScheduleOnce, but I have found it to be awesome. I am frequently playing email tag with multiple people just to figure out a good day for lunch. ScheduleOnce stops all that, we pick a day and time that works for everyone and we move on.
• (2013-01-29) Denisse Marie: I have been using ScheduleOnce for quite a while now and there are many reasons why I love this tool but these are my top 4 reasons: 1. I love that clients can select from three options and we can easily agree on one of them without going back and forth by email. 2. I have also recently separated my business into different departments and created unique entities for them. Schedule Once is a great tool for managing all departments. 3. I schedule appointments for different services like training, phone meetings, initial consultations and system implementations and I have different availability for each of these so the BookNow pages are great for this! 4. I am a total Google girl so the fact that it syncs with my Google Calendar is awesome! In addition, I setup clients on Google Apps and recommend ScheduleOnce because having it integrated into the system is so convenient for both of us.
• (2013-01-12) Alice Ferris: I switched over to ScheduleOnce when RIM shut down Tungle.me. I must admit that I was nervous about switching, because I was pretty pleased with Tungle. I've now used ScheduleOnce for a couple months and I'm happy with the change! Things that I liked in Tungle that I have with ScheduleOnce: *integration with Google Apps--sync with my Google calendar is seamless *page availability so I can just send people to my ScheduleOnce page and have them select times *automatic confirmation email to the other people on the meeting *ability to set weekly templates for availability and set specific exception dates Things that I didn't have with Tungle that I like on ScheduleOnce: *copy and paste link so that the email comes from me rather than another domain name that might get stuck in spam I'm happy with this product and recommend it for small businesses.
• (2013-01-10) Mark Faust: I've used other scheduling solutions and this is the best. It increases productivity by getting you and your team to build out their calendars with the important meetings faster. If it saves 10 minutes a day (and its much more!) then it is saving a week of productivity every year. Also we are using it to allow prospects to book sales appointments with us. It has become one of our favorite passive and most inexpensive marketing tools.

I had live appointment times with him, and the whole process took just a few clicks and was done in under a minute. He responded immediately and it was added to my calendar. • (2012-11-02) Matthew Kelley: After losing Tungle, I was not sure where to turn. Enter ScheduleOnce. It was just as easy to setup and did what I needed it to do - simplify my scheduling. Using it was easy - you send the link, the person you want to meet with clicks the link, picks out some times that work for them and then you get to select the best time from their times. Best of all, it sends them a calendar invite and confirmation. The wasted back and forth time of e-mail scheduling is over. Thanks for filling the void of the expiring calendar apps.
• (2012-10-26) I love ScheduleOnce - and it just keeps getting better and better. And good thing too - with the recent demise of Tungle and Presdo - and the fact that TimeBridge is basically just wasting away - ScheduleOnce fills a nice void in a once-crowded field. I really like how it syncs with Google Calendar, and it makes booking appointments with colleagues really simple. I like the fact that you can set up different MeetMe pages, and even set up a group (BookNow) if you want to. And it can handle inbound and outbound appointments differently, so you can easily schedule mundane appointments simply, and contact others for something that you want to offer choices for, and it handles that too. I’m excited to see where they go next!
• (2012-10-08) Geoffrey Smith: I was a tungle evangelist until I found this app. As an English second Language Tutor and breathwork Facilitator it was crucial that I had a way of allowing clients the ability to easily book my time. ScheduleOnce not only does this with consummate ease not just from the perspective of my clients, but also from the point of view of ease of setup and on going management of schedule and calendar. additionally there would appear to be very little or no learning curve for the client. Even my most techno-phobic client has managed to easily book my time, and, it all works with my Google calendar. I cannot but award the app 5 stars and highly recommend it to any business or professional looking for a solid well built easy to use appointment scheduler. • (2012-10-03) Lana Johnson: I run a busy allied health practice with many different booking schedules. The diary is one of the hardest parts of the business to keep ‘under control’. Creating staff meetings and in-services was almost impossible and would takes weeks of to-and-fro, organising times for all staff to meet. Using the SchedualOnce app allows my staff to see their own and others availability and coordinate their meetings and in-services easily. SchedualOnce has also allowed our clients to book with their preferred practitioner. They can easily see their availabilities and book times that are appropriate for both them and their therapist. It has decreased our late cancellations and no shows and has allowed our clients a sense of ease now that they know they can choose who they will be booked in to see. Thanks to the SchedualOnce app everyone’s day runs that little bit smoother.

I had tried a couple of other calendaring/appointment apps and was not satisfied with the results. I decided to search the Google App store and see what would integrate with my Google Calendar. Wow am I glad I found Schedule Once. It does exactly what it says. My clients like it, prospective clients find it easy to use. I can provide a link directly on my website with instructions to prospects about the best ways to connect with me. Besides making my life simpler and existing clients happier, I feel like I close more new business, just because prospective clients get a good first impression of my firm.

• (2012-09-03) Mike Ray: Let me start by saying I'm a technophile who has tried more calendar, appointment, meeting calendar systems than I have fingers and toes. I had used ScheduleOnce years ago, although I considered it in the top 3 then, I decided to use another system at that time. Fast forward a few years later, the other systems merged with larger companies and stopped improving their system. Meanwhile, ScheduleOnce moved light years ahead and in my opinion is feature rich and the leading system in the GoogleApps marketplace. It has great integration with Google Calendar which is a must. It has a superior scheduling capability for a wide variety of situation like: Appointment, Team Appointment, Appointments for specific services, Room & Resource booking and it allows you to manage scheduling for other. In addition you can customize email confirmations (pro plan). I like the flexible. We are an event and social networking firm that deal with partners and vendors. We work virtually so scheduling is crucial to use. We use the system for scheduling personal appointment, team appointment, and candidate interviews. We just recently setup a partner calendar for our Business Development. I'm all in with ScheduleOnce and recommend it to anyone on GoogleApps!

Instead of waiting for when I could sit down to look at my calendar, I could just fire a URL to someone in a message, let them decide, and then follow-up later. • (2012-08-28) David Simms: I was looking for an online scheduling product and a colleague of mine referred me to ScheduleOnce. It has allowed me to be able to share my availability securely and allow my clients to schedule a time that is convenient for them. It is simple to use and does not require my clients to have to register for it. I have only used the free version so far, so some of the things that are cons to me might be in the paid version. There did not seem to be a delete capability, it only allowed me reschedule appointments within the same day, and it was clunky in trying to schedule group meetings. Overall, I would recommend it and am satisfied.

This amazing service prevents me from having to go back and forth with each client in terms of finding a mutually agreeable time to schedule their appointments. Also, clients have told me that they love the ease and convenience of ScheduleOnce because they don't have to wait for me to check my schedule and get back to them, which translates into less frustration for them. Lastly, ScheduleOnce frees up administration time for me, which allows me precious time to focus on other, more important tasks. • (2012-05-07) Jeffrey Katz: Schedule Once is an awesome product, which saves me time, and my office money, We added scheduleonce links to our client e-mails, and now spend less time on the phone scheduling clients for appointments. The links generate appointment requests based on our availability-- and obviate the need to speak with a staff person or scheduler. The link generates a confirmation to you, and the person requesting the appointment. I only wish they could integrate return phone calls as well....

• (2012-04-03) I signed up for ScheduleOnce for my social media consulting business, and it works like a charm! I love that my clients don't have to sign up for ScheduleOnce to use it, and how effortlessly it syncs with my Google Calendar. I can add an event to my Google Calendar from my Droid, and ScheduleOnce immediately syncs with my updated calendar and blocks out that time so my customers won't try to schedule my services at that time. They've also just rolled out a bunch of great new features to make scheduling even easier, and I really appreciate a company that listens to its customers' needs and makes changes to accommodate them. I initially balked a little at the $49/year price, but it's >so< worth it; I don't think I'll ever use anything else! Highly recommended!

With organization not being my greatest strength, I found it difficult to manage all the incoming applications while also booking appointments to interview the candidates. With ScheduleOnce, I just send the link to my Meet Me page and let the candidates schedule themselves in. As a result, I'm saving a tremendous amount of time that now lets me focus on other aspects of the business. I also like that ScheduleOnce works seamlessly and in real-time with Google Calendar so I don't have to check for duplication. I recommend this app to any business owner, but especially to busy start-ups.
