Before, our team at Sharelo always had to take screenshots when providing feedback, but now, with Beep, it's so much easier to communicate everything. It's the best feedback tool I've used so far! • (2024-07-10) Michael Dantzie: Amazing Tool. The best feedback tool so far I've come across in the market, and I've tried over two dozen feedback tools. I was using Webvizio, which was good, but I love Beep. It's this good and it hasn't launched that long ago, so I'm excited for the future features Beep will addon.
• (2024-05-24) Bakari Chavanu: While I use similar apps like Ruttl, I'm glad to have Beep as a quick way to take a screenshot and add a comment. I use it mostly for myself like I use Scribe to capture a how-tos and reminders. But I know I'll use it with my clients especially when I don't need to set up a Ruttl page to communicate a visual comments. I also like how can quickly access Beep from the extension instead having to open a new tab.
• (2024-04-30) David Mirzazada: The worst thing is that this tool wasn't available earlier :D I love how quickly I can provide feedback on landing pages and emails to my colleagues. No need to take screenshots, copy and paste into a task manager, or write comments. Just beep it and send over the link. It's super simple and very useful. Thanks a lot!

• (2024-02-02) Pedro Barbosa: I have tried similar tools before a colleague of mine recommended Beep. For a product that's been around for much less time than other productivity/collaboration tools - I am pretty impressed and it definitely has my attention. 5 stars. Here's what I really like: - Great onboarding (unlike other tools I tried, I never felt lost with Beep. I was guided from registration to creating my first comment, they also have a variety of how-to & case study videos which I found extremely useful). - A page screenshot is automatically taken for every comment - I can easily send comments to non-users and they can see it without having to register (great for freelance/agency work). - Comments I send have a link and "locate" function so others can easily find them. - Beep can be fully used right after installing the extension (there are tools like Superflow where I wasted time having to integrate a widget into the website just to request a change to an element...too much work.) Some suggestions for that 6th star :) - Ability to attach files to comments (e.g., it's faster/better to explain how I want a logo to look using a picture I already have rather than explaining it in words) - Other tools have a "support document" with FAQs and guides, I felt the only things that were not very well explained how to work with were integrations, beep web, and projects. - Customization options (avatar, or being able to edit the columns on the task board) - A "report bugs" function for users to let devs know of bugs found while using Beep. I did experience some minor bugs while using it, but this should be ironed out with more user feedback.

The hashtag feature and the ability to see the comment on the webpage really helps make this extension stand out. Recently got my friends to try it out, and Beep showed more of its potential. I'm sure there are many ways to use this tool that I have not yet explored yet. Thank you developers!

However, let's be honest here without any fluff: I had to set 3 stars 'cuz everything works pretty buggy and the UI looks absolutely disgusting :( Please don't take any design inspiration from Dribbble which is a dump of low-quality concepts... Sorry again for my honest review.

Soliciting feedback is a breeze and the attached screenshots gives messages extra clarity. We often handle multiple online documents on a daily basis, and when Beep is used to point something out, being able to track what exactly is being referred to is a relief. It's a stellar tool so far, and I'd be using it more if it could be incorporated into task management platforms.

I also use Beep to better cooperation with my classmates for group works. Faster work? Yes. The tool is fun to use. I like the emojis that appear when new comments are created.

Love that I can organize bookmarked pages into categories with hashtags, and share these bookmark categories with my friends.
