- (2019-01-11) kendra santez: When this extension stopped working for me, after hours of messing with my chrome settings I found a solution that fixed my problem. Go to your settings in the upper right hand corner, click "more tools", click on "extensions", Than click on "details" of your extension and enable incognito mode. After this go back to your settings bar in the upper right hand corner and click "new incognito window". Make sure the icons are on when it opens up the new window and it should be running smoothly.
