It really accounts for the different types of responses you'd give to a client! Sometimes, based on their request, you want to tell them your exact approach. Sometimes, their job description is not detailed enough so you want to pose more questions to get more clarity. It helps save a lot of time, and eliminates the need for you to repeat the same information that is already on your profile. It is very good at highlighting what in your profile is RELEVANT to the job. And you can always customize your templates. It's a great tool and has definitely helped me secure clients! Other than that, the free online courses are very useful! I recommend my friends start with Pouncer AI courses BEFORE getting started on Upwork. Sean is extremely helpful, and has amazing advice, tips, and tricks to follow. Overall the tool is very helpful, and eliminates the need to open another page to generate responses for clients.

Literally the first time I tried it, I got a job from using it, and I was sold. PouncerAI is the closest thing to automating proposal writing you can get on Upwork while still maintaining good-quality proposals. I love using the templates, I already had several of them for Proposal submission. So I was able to import them, I use the AI to generate personalised lines, and it does a pretty good job after tweaking the prompts. I still have full flexibility over whether to use the generated proposal or not.

Getting a foothold into the field of professional proofreading has been a daunting experience. PounderAI provides excellent resources to construct proposals that work. I usually select one of their excellent templates based on the type of project I am addressing, then tailor it to fit my personality and highlight my skills. I am grateful to borrow from this library of resources that was designed to benefit not only the seasoned professionals but is especially helpful to someone like me who is just getting started.

Writing proposals, one of my least favorite tasks, is critical for success on the platform so having a tool which helps with this is especially important for me. Because this tool is developed by seasoned Upwork professionals, the expertise they bring to the table shines through. What I think makes it especially valuable is the ability to customize the content so that what I create does not come across as an AI-generated proposal document, but instead is written in my own voice. The starting point it empowers you with, along with a library of templates, integration with project details and the ability to personalize proposals make it a game-changer IMHO. Additionally, the founder is very much involved with a community that is really superb and is very quick to help if you have questions, provides free courses, learning sessions, and project-finding tools. These all add immense value. Regarding criticisms, one 1-star review in particular that I wanted to call out due to how it is particularly unfair and misleading. For starters, comparing it to Grammarly is just ridiculous and ignores all of the specialized features custom tailored for Upwork professionals. That claim is hard to take seriously, but what I found most troubling was the baseless accusation of stealing passwords, especially given the tool doesn’t even have a login system. Criticisms like these undermine its credibility without justification. I do not normally make it a point to throw shade on somebody's opinion. People have a right to offer their opinion and negative criticism is fair game in my book, but these claims are simply not true.

You may need to tweak these templates to suit your needs, but this is still quicker than starting from scratch. There's noting fake about Pouncer.ai or requiring your Upwork details to use the extension. Sean is always willing to help you improve and succeed as a freelancer on Upwork.
