- This ID Protection tool is really very bad. It should replace the Password Manager that I have used for many years, which was not perfect, but much better than what Trend Micro has developed now. The peformance of ID Protection is very ppor. It is very slow, inconsistent and needs your main password to use the tool continuously to be filled. It does not work as it is suggesting. It is really annoying, and if nothing will change, I will stop using it. Especially if you consider that the tool is 3 times more expensive than Password Manager. Looking at the reviews, I am not the only one. And it is striking that Trend Micro is not responding to the reviews anymore. That is a bad sign. Trend Micro, please take all the negative feedback serious, and come with a material upgrade/update soonest to improve the tool to meet peoples expectations.

- It was working well up until this week. It was tedious having to login everytime I wanted to access a password from the vault but I was willing to work with it for the security. But now I'm having trouble activating the extension in Chrome. It doesn't.

- YES! Well what can I say about trend micro id? They BROKE something that worked. This new so called ID is completly useless. I have been with Trend for well over 10yrs and they have done well. Now? Cant wait for my subscription to finish. The chance to get my passwords to open has been copying them to paper because I no longer have the faith in this TOTAL USELESS UPGRADE. The web designers should resign and Trend Micro should go back to Manager because it just does not work.I feel sorry for the online support as I have premium support which is real good but even they cannot help. Spent hours and hours working with them by remote access and they cannot resolve the issue of logging,unable to even get to anything except by opening a page I dont want,no formating of content for easy access, etc.The list goes on..... All they can say is to wish for an upgrade. I would give it ZERO STARS if I could. Please Trend Micro can I get my money back or do I need to get consumer protection involved.

- Password Manager wasn’t great, but this is twice as bad… You have to log in every 5 minutes, then wait for it to ‘think’, and repeat the whole process again and again. It only works in Chrome and Edge for some reason. I hope they fix these issues quickly, otherwise many users will just abandon it.

- this no longer works as a password manager? The old password manager was terrible! yet somehow Trend has found a way to make it completely unusable!!! TOTAL FAIL!!!

- Constantly having to sign into the password vault, Can't find an option to sort stored websites by name. Cannot open Trend Micro ID protection unless I enter a website in the search bar first. Yep, Trend Micro, you all need to get a better team of programmers.

- I have been using Trend Micro Password Manager for many years. I have been using it with all of my browsers, including Firefox. My default browser is Firefox, I only use Chrome for my work accounts and nothing else. I use Chrome because the programmers for the apps the contract employers use are told by management to write the code for specific use of Chrome. Personally, I don't care that much for Chrome because it does not have the customization ability that Mozilla Firefox does. I was forced to migrate to Trend Micro ID protection against my will because at the time of the forced migration Trend Micro management has sold out to Microsoft and Google. For my everyday use, at this time, I am unable to use ID Protection Password Management. It may be a great overall product, but because it does not support Firefox, I can only give it 2 stars

- Has ok functionality, but sooo slow, and need so many clicks to get into the right screens. Then cant not do what needed when in there. The old Trend PW Manager was soo much better.

- Hate it so far. Very cumvbersome. I am constantly having to unlock the vault. I've lost many of the capabilities of Password Manager, including the ability to sort by name as the defaut. I'll be looking for another.

- I am a 30 year user of this product, and have watched as the product has become a lot less effective, and twice the price. The number of facilities has dropped significantly, and the method of renewal, is a forced, AUTO renewal where they can charge what ever they want to. The only way you will know its has drastically increased is if you constantly check your Bank statements. (Time for a change).

- Worst Rollout EVER! I am still going around in circles getting sent to FAQs and adding extension being asked to sign in over and over and then coming back to the getting started screen. I know that I am an idiot but this is ridiculous. ALMOST A MONTH and no Password vault.

- What happened? I re-installed the FREE version and NOW its not free?, I only use the most basic version along with a anti adblocker detector it seems to work at ALL the websites that absolutely will not let you use an adblocker... Maybe you should look into that ability as a marketing scheme.. I won't be buying it though after using it for free for years I think this move SUCKS!! I will just have to find something else that works..

- I have had this for a long while. I just reinstalled it because the colored website warning symbol was not working. I had no idea I had agreed to a free trial to get the website warnings. I never clicked for a free trial. This feature was available when I first installed this extension. I may still use this for the ad blocker that is still very good. (from a Chromebook user, no windows)

- 跟Norton Safe Web來比的話它的功能性比較多但是防護性比較弱他無法偵測到有含帶攻擊性的網站或網址他雖然有在網頁後顯示一個勾勾但是正確率說實話常用的是準但是不常碰到的網站來說他是不準確當網站有一定的攻擊性的時候他無法切回到一個安全或是直接屏蔽掉此網站如果你繼續訪問同樣的網站電腦是會持續的被攻擊他的說明中的一些功能有一些無法確定可不可以用但是防毒跟檢查網址這兩項一個不穩定的一個完全沒有看到效果當然這個是在我沒登入帳號的狀況下登入狀況的話我不清楚當然也有可能是在沒登入的狀況下都會封鎖一些功能但是他沒有寫哪些功能是在登入後才可以使用

- This extension used to be somewhat OK but in the latest update they took away the ability to deactivate it on specific pages so now valid content and websites can no longer load unless you completely deactivate the extension. It used to have a simple on/off toggle where you could temporarily deactivate it so certain pages could load.

- downloaded this and over 100 trackers are blocked and my chromebook is running so much smoother. i wouldnt have deleted so much stuff if i knew it wasnt a storage issue
