Adds a context menu to open any link in an incognito window and stripping query parameters from the URL.

Just opens a new window in incognito / private mode and opens the URL after stripping query parameters (those that come after the question mark). This lowers chances that the click through the link will be tracked, though it will not be perfect as some tracking information can still be in the URL itself. In future versions we will work on striping more personal information.
