Slow Auto Scroll is a lightweight Chrome extension designed to help users read long webpages more comfortably by automatically scrolling the page at a slow, smooth, and adjustable speed.

With a simple and harmonious interface, users can start, pause, resume, or stop scrolling at any time. The scrolling speed can be precisely adjusted to match individual reading preferences, making it ideal for reading articles, blogs, documentation, or long-form content without manual scrolling.

The extension works only on the currently active tab and activates exclusively when the user clicks the controls. It does not run in the background, does not collect any personal data, and does not track browsing activity. No external servers or analytics are used.

Slow Auto Scroll focuses on simplicity, performance, and user control. It uses minimal permissions and injects temporary scrolling logic only into the page the user chooses to interact with. Once stopped, all scrolling activity ends immediately.
