• (2025-04-19) Kunal Sah: I've been trying to sign up for Kleo for several weeks now with no success. After multiple attempts, the verification emails simply don't arrive - they're not in my inbox, spam folder, or anywhere else in my email. This makes it completely impossible to create an account and actually use the service.
• (2025-02-05) Meg Bruyns: Amazing idea, but unfortunately very buggy. Also keeps signing me out and the sign in page doesn't let me use my password manager which makes it laborious to sign back in. Just too many friction points!

• (2024-11-18) Laurie Owen: I love Kleo... I use it everyday... but 1 in 5 days it just doesn't work at all and I uninstall / reinstall with varying degrees of success. This is an exceptional product.... *when* it works.

As an early user, I've only seen it improve and mature. The team over at Kleo also offer excellent support, not something common for an extension. Ryan, Jake, and the team are crushing it.

It's packed with additional features and filters so you can dig right down and find what you want. I particularly love the "preview content" feature, it's critical for formatting. Try it, use it daily and watch how you begin to grow on LI. This feedback was not paid for, it's all legit! Jake & co, thanks for being awesome.
• (2023-12-12) Marc W: Lost many hours trying to get tis running. Talked to Jake, reset PW, created new account. Never have been able to login. I was hoping this was a stable and supported product. I can't say this is true at the moment. Update. The app is buggy. I was able to use this app by: Going to https://app.kleo.so/ where I was prompted to login. Using my PW and login I was prompted to change my PW (huh?). Then I got some errors and after a few refreshes it looks like the app is working after I tried signing in several more times (despite signing in and changing PW). Proceed with caution. Now 2 stars.

• (2023-11-29) David: Seemed fine at first, then I noticed that the built in mobile preview doesn't 100% accurately represent the actual width of a a standard mobile screen on LinkedIn (iPhone 11PM and a 15PM both tested). So I logged into their Freshdesk support platform and submitted a ticket, including screenshots, etc. I let a couple of weeks go by and still nothing, so I reached out to it's creator via InMail on LinkedIn. Crickets. Looks like their extension was removed from Freshdesk's platform too, so zero support, and its creator isn't putting much work into communicating with its users. Shame. I wanted to like this, but I'll hold out for future versions.
