WebBlock finds the perfect balance: it let's you go on blocked websites, but first you have to do nothing for 1 minute. The boredom is the perfect deterrent from binging youtube, but doesn't get in the way of real work!

Affable 2023-04-02: Started spam-blocking upon start-up, closing Chrome as soon as I clicked anywhere on the screen. Worked fine before that, but the 'click anywhere and the blocked tab closes' was pretty annoying even then.
