I really like that one can work with specific postings on demand rather than something like a site scrape that forces one to log into some other interface and go searching for the job(s) they've been assigned to work with. One can just find the job on the careers site with which they're already familiar, and it's off to the races. As user of SAAS solutions, I do wish that the plug-in offered a little more in the way of self-configuration options to get it setup, but Broadbean is known for providing excellent support..
