Required to use by company InfoSec. Disruptive and poor compared to competitors like LastPass. * "Recent" prompt doesn't work and doesn't remain as preference when selected. * Always goes back to "Frequently Used" which has been stuck on one entry I don't frequently use. * No prompt for domain currently in the address bar? * Constant pop-ups that can't be ignored for site * No hover-over text on icons

Confusing, clunky, and poorly documented for end-users. * Extension falsely makes it appear as if you are signed in, displaying a list of "apps". No, you're not signed in. * Extension's search ability is a huge letdown for those who are used to using proper password management tools. Can't search by username? * Documentation for end users is required because of the unintuitive aspects of the product. The relationship between an "app" and a web site is confusing (because it's spurious, these are web sites, not apps), I still don't know the right way to manage entries, and the prompts to "add" an application when we already have the site's creds persisted is distracting. How can I find duplicates? How can I find weak passwords? Nevermind... * Auto-login feature is hit or miss. * Missing a preference to limit "copy username", "copy password" to the actual hostname being visited, as opposed to displaying all the possible hosts sharing the same TLD. I can go on...

Full transparency, I do work at CyberArk but want to point out there are a lot of inaccurate negative reviews. For example: - New updates are released monthly on average, not weekly. Most releases do not have or need new features for the browser extension, but many new features are being added to solution in each release. https://docs.cyberark.com/identity/Latest/en/Content/ReleaseNotes/ReleaseNotes-Latest.htm - The extension does auto-update itself as a function of the browser. You do need to quit and relaunch the browser. However some organizations have a policy that disables the auto-updating setting in the browser. - A browser extension generally would not have an effect on third party web application performance. If you search for Adobe Marketo Engage slowness, freeze or crash, you'll see the common causes are on the Adobe product side.

I'm growing quite frustrated at having to remove this app from Chrome in order to download the new updates on a weekly basis - sometimes more frequently. I had to do it on Monday, and again today (Wednesday), as well as at least once last week, and every other week of the year. I'm so, so tired of having to redownload this app every few workdays only to see zero improvement or change. Would not reccomend.

New user interface is not friendly from a readability perspective. Having the full name show under each app icon is so much easier to read and cleaner. There should also be a need to bring in auto-updates. Every time a new version is released, I have to uninstall the extension, and then reinstall. Frustrating.

This extension had been working great for years, but there must have been a recent update because my colleagues and I are now having to remove it from our browsers after logging into our platforms every day. It is causing Adobe Marketo Engage to slow down, freeze up and crash. Constantly. We're getting in touch with our CyberArk/iAdaptive rep soon because this is unacceptable.

This app is so much better now that Centrify isn't in charge of it anymore!

Doesn't work. Doesn't stay signed in. Forced to use it for school. The iOS app is no better; it blacks out and cannot be used most all the time. I'd rather it be a tacky money-stealing extension so at least I wouldn't be surprised by how useless it is.

It keeps signing me out. When I clicked on sign in, it brings me to the Centrify page and it still doesn't log in. Every now and then, it magically sign me in and I can use it, otherwise it just acts as a shortcut most of the time.

Would be nice if it displayed an app list when clicking the icon or at least gave you an option to open your app portal.
