Add the Extension:
After installing JobMailer from the Chrome Web Store, it seamlessly integrates with your LinkedIn experience.
Spot the Job Post:
While scrolling through LinkedIn, you'll notice a “+” icon added to each job post where HRs or recruiters ask candidates to apply via email.
This icon indicates that JobMailer can assist with the application.
Read Job Post Data:
When you click the “+” icon, JobMailer automatically reads and extracts key details from the post, including:
Job Title
Company Name
Location
Recruiter’s Contact Information
Job Description and Requirements
Personalization Using User Data:
JobMailer uses your pre-submitted details (such as name, contact information, resume highlights, and skills) to generate a customized email.
This ensures the email is relevant and personalized to the specific job role.
AI-Generated Email:
The AI then drafts a professional and well-structured email, complete with:
A personalized subject line
A polite greeting and introduction
A clear expression of interest in the role
Relevant qualifications and experiences
A professional closing statement
One-Click Email Drafting:
After the email is generated, JobMailer opens your preferred email client (such as Gmail or Outlook) in a new tab.
The recruiter’s email address is pre-filled, along with the AI-crafted subject and body.
Review and Send:
