After installation, you will have additional features for language learning when you watch videos on Youtube.
• Subtitles are shown in two languages, allowing you to compare the original audio and text with a translation in your language.
• The extension allows you to listen to subtitles one at a time, and to change the playback speed.
• There's a pop-up dictionary, and the extension suggest the most important words for you to learn.
'Pro' Mode enables the ability to save words and phrases. These will be highlighted whenever they occur in the subtitles. This extension is a sister extension to 'Language Learning with Netflix', and saved words are available in both extensions.
Our extension runs on Google Chrome on desktop and laptop computers running Windows and MacOS.

- Edit: this app no longer works so I am changing my positive review. I'll try Language Reactor like others are recommending and see if that works. I love this app! It's been so helpful in learning languages on YouTube! The only issue with it is that sometimes in vertical view, the translation is displaced. For example, when I hover over a sentence, it shows the translation for the sentence above it rather than the sentence that I'm highlighting. Please fix that! Thank you for your hard work and this great free app :)

- 언제부터인가 유튜브 화면 좌측 하단에 있어야 하는 LLY 버튼이 안보여요. 그걸 클릭해야 이 기능을 쓸 수 있고 설정도 바꾸는 등 할 수 있는데 아예 없어져서 기능을 못쓰고 있습니다. ㅠ 어떤 조치를 해봐야될까요?

- I used this before, and it worked then. Now I downloaded it and it does not work, from other reviews i see that it stopped working for a while. when will this be fixed? It was such a great tool :(

- Evidently, this app is dead. Does not work at all. The developer should remove it from the chrome web store. I wasted 15 minutes, until I sorted the reviews by most recent and figured out it's dead.

- この拡張機能はBETA版で、同作者の「Language Reactor」が現行して開発が進んでるみたいです。 色んなサイトでこの拡張機能が紹介されてますが、新YoutubeのUIに対応させるには上記拡張機能をインストールするほうが良さそうです。

- This is a great tool for language learning, but it is very buggy. Right now it's not even loading the subtitles. Sometimes it does not give the translations either. If it worked as it should, I would have given it 5 stars.

- 설치해서 잘쓰고 있었는데 어느날 갑자기 자막이 뜨지도 않고 검색창 옆에 cc도 안떠요 삭제하고 설치하기를 여러번 설치는 되어 있다고 확인되는데 검색창 옆에 변환하는 트랜스 ,cc가 안떠요 어떻게 해야하나요?????

- so you know, the most recent update introduced some pretty annoying bugs. 1) hitting left and right will adjust the entire viewport of the video(sometimes) 2) spacebar no longer works for pause and play
