The browser extension transfers call data from an Amazon Connect web session to the Jabra Engage AI desktop application.
Requirements for the agent computer:
- Windows operating system
- Engage AI desktop application
- Chrome or Edge browser
- Amazon Connect web session
- Device for voice calls (usually a professional headset)
For best results, we recommend to use professional Jabra headsets. Engage AI also works with devices of other manufacturers.
