  • (2023-11-13) Cameron Johnson: Update November 2023: Moved my rating down to one star. This extension was so perfect before but now they have shoved in arbitrary restrictions of five unsubscribes per month(???) unless you pay for their Baxter extension which I do not like managing everything in my inbox. I just want to unsubscribe from stuff. They are not getting my money, this is ridiculous. Original review May 2023: This is exactly what I was looking for. I love the feature of filtering the emails that are not able to be unsubscribed automatically. This is a great alternative to something like Unroll because they automatically send emails to the trash if they keep coming after the unsubscribe request. However, I often resubscribe to the same newsletters and I do not want them to be deleted in the future. This is the perfect alternative and I love using this. It allows me to unsubscribe from the hundreds and hundreds of newsletters I'm subscribed to within minutes.
  • (2023-11-04) Ward: Removed immediately after installing. You have to upgrade if you want to unsubscribe from more than 5 lists PER MONTH. What a scummy cash grab.
  • (2023-10-01) James D: Rubbish extension. I had not even selected anything and it tried unsubscribing to vital emails I needed
  • (2023-09-12) Chris Clark: BEWARE!!! This extension removed the "important" label from hundreds of my emails. I went back almost a year trying to fix it until giving up. Removed, never using this or any of their products again. P.S.- At first it did work, but I don't think they've updated in months, possibly years. I'm sure the bugs continue to grow. DO NOT USE.
  • (2023-08-28) Herman van der Veer: Does what it should. I deleted it afterwards
  • (2023-08-24) Adam: All this does it go through your emails and find the unsubscribe link then open them all in new tabs. You still need to then go through and manually click unsubscribe on all those pages. It also doesn't detect duplicates so if you have 20 emails from the same subscription that's 20 tabs you need to close
  • (2023-08-05) Jordan S: Junk. The time you think you're saving you're just going to spend going trying to find and move back all the emails you didn't select - who aren't even associated with the mailers you're asking to unsubscribe from. Beware.
  • (2023-07-13) Yoann Perves: when too many mails are selected, it's impossible to scroll down to the button for automatically unsubscribing from selected mails, apart from which the extension works. We'd like to add the ability to scroll up and down when displaying selected e-mails.
  • (2023-06-01) Nicolás Vásquez Robledo: Shouldn't ask for log in with chrome, this looks shady
  • (2023-05-31) Andy Pakula: It works. It's free. It's super easy to use. What more can you ask?
  • (2023-05-30) Matteo Calvo: meant to be a bot that simply clicks on the unsubscribe button in bulk, but takes you to an external page to sign in and give google credentials. this is criminal and i reported this app for this shady approach
  • (2023-03-04) Spoob: I use this a few times a month. It seems to have helped though in most cases I believe its more of an issue with gmail and google being evil. I would like to see maybe an options menu where I can modify the default behavior. Something I would like to be able to do is send the email to trash if its sender has been logged as unsubscribed before. Theres a lot of duplicates that get through that end up at an unsubscribe mechanic that 404's or doesn't actually let the user unsub. Since they are filtered already it would be nice to send them straight to the trash. As of writing that would require me to edit about 15 filters (and growing).
  • (2023-02-21) Patt S: This did in fact work but I didn't like how I had to log in with my credentials. Quick use and delete and password reset for me
  • (2022-12-09) Tiara Quiala: It is really really slow and never fully worked. I had to unsubscribe one at a time to get it to function. Waste of time
  • (2022-11-22) Nolan Tipton: Fantastic Application. 10/10 would highly reccomend. Got tired of my personal email getting so jammed up. It didnt take me long at all to clean it all up and get it back into shape Thanks baxter
  • (2022-10-23) Shadman Khan: someone get the dev a cookie (cant from my country)
  • (2022-10-20) OnePiece Kini: Obsessed with this extension. I had an pile of unwanted spam in my inbox and I was able to get things in order so quickly. Baxter seems super helpful so far as well. wish I had found this extension sooner

  • (2022-07-27) Teddy Gillman: THANK GOD!!! I am so happy I am able to save myself the effort, thank you ninja!!!!!!!
  • (2022-06-06) TheGuy: works.
  • (2022-04-22) Aditya Chavan: this tool is awesome i am just in love with it thanks developer
  • (2022-04-04) Francesco Visioli: Does not work, keep receiving the same mails
  • (2022-03-31) Sara: It didnt work? I unsubscribed all the emails I didnt want and I am still getting them?
  • (2022-03-07) Jared: So far so good! Are the emails actually being unsubscribed from or just being filtered out. I noticed emails are being created into a filter list. Are there settings I can go through to disable filters from being created?
  • (2022-02-18) Master Lion X: Doesn't work at all
  • (2022-01-08) Enrico Stahn: ~Does NOT unsubscribe.~ EDIT: After the update from "Dec 2, 2021" it works as described. I would prefer an option to disable the creation of filters entirely. I don't want any filters created by extensions. Changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. 5 once I can customise filter creation.
  • (2021-12-09) Halden Sproule: Ugh. It has some difficult quirks that I put up with, but now they've added a signature line to outgoing emails that you can't get rid of without paying them. Not cool at all.
  • (2021-12-09) Maya Page: Horrible extension. I lost emails from things I did not unsubscribe from. People were emailing me but couldn't get through so I had to search for their emails. MAJOR RED FLAG -- this extension adds a link to your EMAILS without permission and embeds itself so any time you send an email, at the bottom, there's a huge box with their branding. Horrible. Awful. Do not get.
  • (2021-12-04) Steven m: Seemed to delete loads of my emails from the inbox. All i wanted it to do was unsubscribe me, that's why i installed the addon. I didn't ask for it to filter my emails and hide them from me. After removing the label, all my emails from the first page of my inbox have disappeared, WHERE HAVE THEY GONE!? They are not in any other folder!
  • (2021-12-03) Josh Kelly: This was a useful extension until they just started adding spammy looking signatures to the end of my emails and asked me to pay to remove them. Dropping it like a hot potato! Yikes!
  • (2021-10-31) Beth Jackson-D'Zacchaeus: I thought this was great, however, what I have realised is it does not unsubscribe you from anything, it just created a new folder in your emails and moves all of the emails to that. so you will still be subscribed and getting them.
  • (2021-05-01) Dharmil Chhadva: Doesn't really unsubscribe to emails.... just a scam
  • (2021-01-06) Luccas Góes: It delivers what it promises!
  • (2020-12-18) Paula Ramos: in my opinion i do not believe that it would need to see my browsing history. i of course don't do anything bad, but sometimes it just feels like someone is watching me of what i do and that's my fear, and quite makes me uncomfortable just knowing that. why would and email thing would have to have access of my history..? makes no sense. i don't get it and don't recommend. also it would keep your computer at high risk just by having access of a lot of things, which is unnecessary. i don't recommend.
  • (2020-12-18) Yitzchok Friedman: its not unsubscribing, its just moving all the selected emails to a archived folder . is there any way to bulk unsubscribe ?
  • (2020-12-02) Gareth James: Does NOT unsubscribe from the email lists, just puts them in a folder called "HNGUnsubscribe"
  • (2020-10-01) Vinod Unny: Been wanting something like this for a while. It removes selected mails from the Inbox and adds them to a new label called "HNGUnsubscribe". Question is, is that all it does or does it go into each and actually unsubscribe as well?
  • (2020-09-23) Jake Hadlock: Really good - I do have a question though - I accidentally unsubscribed and blocked one sender that I need to "unblock" so I can receive mail from it again. How do I do this?
  • (2020-09-22) MOHIT SHAH: People has privacy concerns for their mailbox but I dont think by anyway they are using your data, they are just helping you to unsubscribe for the emails you dont want to see further... go for it
  • (2020-09-19) C J: This thing is super fishy and has a lot of paid reviews so I'd be careful
  • (2020-08-13) sedhu ram: Great time saver and does the job in a slick. Now I have a clean inbox, thanks to HelpNinja
  • (2020-08-02) Anmol Mago: This extension requests a lot of permissions that it does not need. This means it is a security risk. It is also important to note that other extensions providing the same features do not ask for these permissions. I will happily edit this review if there is a reasonable explanation. Sample permissions requested by this extension: **View and manage primary Reply-To, display name and *signature **View and manage vacation responder settings View and **manage filters **View and manage POP settings **View and manage IMAP settings **View forwarding settings **View mail delegates with access to your account **View "Send mail as" aliases View and **modify your mail in Gmail May move mail to Spam/Trash but not instantly delete forever Create, update, and **delete labels *******Compose and send new email******* View your settings (e.g., filters and labels)
  • (2020-07-29) Just Sturgis: It is a solid idea but I have found several times that my inbox freezes when the extension is active. I have confirmed on 6 different accounts by enabling/disabling and also installing/uninstalling/installing. Disabling or uninstalling the extension always fixes the issue.
  • (2020-07-27) M P: Awesome tool!
  • (2020-07-17) Jayesh Gopalan: My quest for searching privacy focussed unsubscribing email tool is finished with the discovery of Unsub. Thanks, team Unsub :) Earlier I was using unroll.me but one thing which I hated was how my data was shared with Rakuten intelligence team for data mining. So if you are looking for privacy focussed tool try Unsub.
  • (2020-03-12) John Randall: Excellent. Does the job. Allows individual or bulk unsubscription from the message list. Super time-saver.
  • (2019-10-14) Sivaram Siddhan Ilangovan: Simple and does the job :)
