Our Add-on enables the function of blocking anything you'd like. Block separate videos, users or whole channels with only one click! Naturally, the add-on supports regular expressions to ensure you the best customisation possible. And another thing: WE DO NOT COLLECT ANY USER INFORMATION AT ALL.

Access your data for www.youtube.com:
- needed for removing users/channels you have blocked on YouTube™, adding the 'x'-button, etc. (rather obvious)
Access browser tabs:
- needed for keeping track of the YouTube™-Tabs and the Add-on setting page tab
Store unlimited amount of client-side data:
- needed for blocking an unlimited number of users/channels

- Adding a channel or title doesn't hide the channels or videos, no matter if I close and reopen the browser, close and reopen a new YouTube tab, no matter what I do, it doesn't hide anything.

- NEEDS an UPDATE. Only partly working in Aug 2025. Shows an X button for blocking vids on search results, but not on the main page where they try and force feed you ****. When working it deserves 5 stars!

- Fazia o trabalho que o Youtube já deveria fazer por padrão que é bloquear canais com conteúdos extremistas de direita, fake news, o esgoto da web. Porém sou obrigada a ver esses canais porque o Youtube está impossibilitando o uso da extensão ao não deixar que eu assista vídeo quando ela está habilitada. Eu escolhi que não quero ver conteúdo de baixa qualidade e mesmo assim sou obrigada a ter minha saúde mental destruída por esse site inescrupuloso.

- its good, when it works. It keeps bricking specifically on Edge browser. works fine in chrome. When its working the red X appears on each channel in the related page. And when it stops working, the red X is gone from the related page, but still appears on the video you are watching, but when you click it, it doesnt remove the channel from the related page. It still works from the search results page tho. but not on the related page. And also when you block a channel from the search results. that channel still appears in the related page. Please fix! this addon is really really nice when you want to discover new channels by hiding the ones youre already subbed to or have watched.

- Works wonderfully. This is basically a must have, it works very well to block out spammers, religion converter spammers, inappropriate offensive comments, and general waste of time ones. I have probably blocked about 200 channels by now, I also use it to help with blocking spoilers. 👍

But it does go overboard with the channels it blocks, blocking videos of channels that haven't been added to the list if you happen to add anything to the block title list. blocktube works better, but I hope you keep working on it and perfect it. Also, please make it so whatever title you have blocked, will not show on your subscriptions, recommendations, etc. Thanks

- 西暦2020年以降、みふねたかし（いやすとや）の動画をよく見かけるようになり自分はこいつの絵が嫌でyoutubeの機能である【興味なし】【おすすめに表示しない】をやっても検索したページでは表示されてしまい、もう嫌で嫌で【youtube 動画 非表示 ブロック】のワードで検索した所、このアプリを知りました。 とても凄いアプリです！ 導入後、検索しても【みふね絵】の動画は非表示、さらにyoutubeの【みふね絵】のアイコンを使用したコメント投稿者の非表示もできて最高です！ 安心してyoutubeの動画楽しむことができました。 素晴らしいアプリありがとう！

- やり方は、このページの解説図を参照。 検索結果などで、Block用の×ボタンが表示されるようになる。 出ていなかったら、ブラウザを再起動する。 channel名に、×ボタンが出ます。 ×でchannelブロックできる。 しかし、×ボタンで、チャンネルの名前の表示が崩れる。

- 댓글에 있는 사용자도 차단 할 수 있게 해주세요. 전에는 되었던 것 같은데 지금은 안되는 것 같아요. 광고나 그런거 안볼 수 있게. 댓글 사용자 아이디로 차단 시도 했는데 안됩니다.

- This extension is simply incredible. I was able to block ALL mainstream media channels, including local ABC, CBS and NBC news, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, you name it I blocked the **** out of it. Now when I type in something that may be newsworthy I can at least research and try to extract the "truth". Thank you, Channel Blocker.

- This is a great extension that allows you to block a particular channel from showing up. I have ~2-3 channels that I really dislike that kept showing up in my suggestions and search results which really annoyed me. After installing this plugin ~2-3 years ago I haven't seen a single one of them show up.
