Small quality of life tweaks and watch parties for Dropout.tv

This is a simple extension adds a number of small QOL features for Dropout. Additionally, it includes a watch party feature that allows for easily watching videos in sync with other people.
Currently available features:
- Save current playback rate settings for other videos
- Watch Parties: Synchronize your friends video players with yours to watch content perfectly in sync
- Scheduled watch sessions: Synchronize everyone's video players based on a fixed starting time: Useful for large scheduled watch parties, e.g. on community Discord servers
Note that volume and subtitle settings are now saved correctly by Dropout/Vimeo, and no longer require this add-on.

- This extension worked wonderfully up until today. I'm n t sure what happened but the "create watch party" button disappeared. Mr. Thiemann is you're still monitoring this browser my sister and I would love it if you worked your magic again! <3

- Dropout Helper says "Nothing to do here." I made sure that I am using the full URL (www.dropout.tv), have cleared my browser cache, updated Chrome, etc. Nothing works. What am I doing wrong? I am on a Mac running MacOS 26.0 Tahoe. I should add that I subscribed to Dropout specifically to use this extension for watch parties with my daughter, so that functionality is critical.

- The saving subtitle style saving doesn't work which mainly is the purpose for me downloading the extension. Tried both Chrome and Firefox

- it's been great overall but it doesn't save subtitle settings anymore and that's the main reason i use it

- Everything works with the exception of the subtitle styles saving. If that could be worked out I think this would be a perfect extension for QOL when watching on dropout. (on windows 11 w/ most recent update of google chrome)
