please stay on with Google's rules. you are the only one that can detect duplicate name not in URL I NEED U!!
Looks good, but without seeing all the links spelled out like in my preferred "Bookmarks Dupes" extension, I can't really judge for sure.

"Only reserve first item" does not work well? It lists 250 duplicates found but Only reserve... removes 3-4 then ends.
