Refresh GCP Console

Efficiently refresh only the data on Google Cloud Console pages with a consistent key press.

There are a few inefficiencies when using the Google Cloud Console to refresh data:
- Using the mouse, locating the refresh button, and clicking refresh feels just that little bit distracting and time consuming.
- Refreshing the entire web page is slow and unnecessary.
- The refresh button is not always in the same location nor does it look the same on different pages.

This extension locates the refresh button on different pages within the console and clicks that for you on key press.
