WebNote Extras

Adds some extra functionality to the online drawing website WebNote (https://webnote.plainteract.net/)

New sidebar buttons:
- Open the room's last log.
- See the room's last few logs and open them.
- Toggle "dark mode"

New features:
- A visual alert and a countdown bar when there are 30 seconds left to draw.
- A semitransparent bigger timer in the bottom right
- Bigger usernames

All of the above additions can be turned on or off in the extension's settings.
