• (2016-08-23) Christine Boyce: I've noticed A LOT of these apps and/or extensions are only a bookmark to the website, just like this one. My expectations where high when I saw it. The Spiceworks IT Community is uninstalling, and I recommend others do the same, unless an extravagant bookmark that has to be downloaded and installed is what you wanted.

This app just makes it even easier to manage. All Spiceworks users with Chrome should get it, and if you don't have Spiceworks, get that too!

I keep track of all my helpdesk tickets, purchases, inventory, and even people through Spiceworks. The community is worth the same or more accolades because of (generally) how quick the responses to your questions are, and the incredible width and depth of knowledge available. I love Spiceworks!

I like the ability to make add-ins and reports drop into your own program. Help desk has made my life so simple. Even for this small office. Keeps me on track of any problems that occur.

Since then I have discovered and with the help of the community, and support staff, unleash the full spicy power of the application. I still have more to learn but as an IT professional, I would heartily recommend this software to any IT professional regardless of company size. 5 stars not enough.

I have no idea why it took me so long go join, but it's a shame I didn't catch on earlier. As a single person IT department, it has helped me become more efficient and allowed me to direct my time to other projects / issues. The community is a great feature of SpiceWorks.
