Básicamente es un ícono que supuestamente notifica cuando llega algún mensaje y, al darle click, abre el whatsapp web. Si funcionara mejor sería muy práctico para no tener que dejar abierto el whatsapp web todo el tiempo pero todavía tiene cosas por mejorar.
