The 3CX browser extension provides click2call from any website or CRM system for 3CX PBX users.
With the 3CX extension, Click2Call functionality enables telephone numbers on any webpage or CRM system to be ‘hyperlinked’ allowing a simple click to initiate the call instead of copying and pasting. When setting up the extension, the extension options include the choice for the number to be passed to the 3CX Web Client or 3CX Softphone for Windows. Additionally, included within the settings is an ‘Exclusion list’ where you can set specific URLs in which you do not want the numbers to be ‘hyperlinked’.
Important: This extension is only for use with 3CX V20, and is not a standalone extension.

- i use this system for for and i would get a pop up on my screen that would allow me to call my clients it just disappeared one day and i cant get it back. really disappointing

- This does exactly what it says - since the release of 3CX v18, this plugin is only the Click2Call part, not the web-app phone. You need to install the new desktop client for full functionality IME.

- So you remove the desktop app from MAC users, forcing us to use the web client, then from version 5.0.0 its now a click to call app which cannot receive inbound calls. Ridiculous! So as the companies sysadmin i am now having to look at a new telephone switch for our 100% mac users staff. Really sensible step 3CX isolating your user base.

- Used the chrome version of the add on on edge - worked absolutely fine They have now changed it to a Edge specific addon which doesn't work at all... might have to move browser to chrome...

- L'app funzionava davvero molto bene fino a poco tempo fa. Ha qualche difetto di interfaccia (sopportabile) sul passaggio chiamate dovuto ad una errata traduzione in italiano della funzione di "transfer". Dopo l'agg.to alla v91.0.x di Edge ci sono dei malfunzionamenti bloccanti nella gestione chiamate in abbinamento ai telefoni fisici (nel mio caso Yealink T46S). Mancano aggiornamenti da novembre 2020.

- Not working! Can hear outgoing call sound, but no audio when the other end picks up. Same in reverse.

- The webclient replaces the desktop app pretty well but maybe a bit of improvement on the switchboard/reception views. Also, when using the web client to control the cell phone app, only controls either the PC or deskphone but the app misses it. Even after disabling the power savings **** from Samsung on an S20 ultra

- 3CX Extension for Edge dos not work - after activating within the 3cx web client the extention does not connect. only If downloaded from google extention store it works in edge!
