  • (2025-06-28) Henrique Matos: Another extension to fix YouTube stupidity.
  • (2025-06-27) Rory Regina: Thanks for giving me control over something as simple as # of videos per row. YouTube's poorly considered change to giant thumbnails brought me to your browser extention.
  • (2025-06-23) David Devane: fully customizable, removes shorts too.
  • (2025-06-21) Joe Xu: Perfectly fit my need!
  • (2025-06-16) amonrei: W indeed.
  • (2025-06-15) William Landry-Audet: W addon
  • (2025-06-06) Jimmy Kultima: GREAT extension! I wish for another feature as well: an option to add padding between the videos as well as removing the offset - so that you can position your cursor between two videos and scroll the page without the cursor eventually landing on a video and autoplaying it.
  • (2025-06-05) Marhola: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
  • (2025-06-05) Mizert: 3 videos in a row is too much!
  • (2025-06-03) Zami Coskula: Best! :)
  • (2025-05-30) Джаннет Магамедшафиева: COOL!!
  • (2025-05-29) Death Networks: Restores the videos per row back to it was before Youtube stupidly changed it, can't ask for more... But the creator went one step further and let us decide how many we want per row without stupid styling like other extensions and we can REMOVE SHORTS! XD Great extension *****
  • (2025-05-29) Cokic Vladimir: Developer released an update that did nothing except read and modify your data on all YouTube.com pages. What is the reason for that? Extension works perfectly for me but I'm not accepting new terms. Uninstall untill he removes reading and modifing data. Edit: Author fixed error so I'm changing my review. It's 5/5 now.
  • (2025-05-29) C. R.: It does exactly what it says.
  • (2025-05-29) Daniel T: Like those who recently added reviews, disabling this until it's fixed on the Chrome Store version. If possible, please reply to this review when this happens. So long as there's no "read and change your data" going on when re-adding, I'll remove and re-add the extension (enabled) at that point and change to a 5 star review. Before this change it was fantastic, so looking forward to the fix going live on Chrome Store! EDIT: After reading over the other review replies, it looks like this warning isn't going away. I tried 1.13 from chrome store when it came up and also 1.14 but they all still give the alert. I've changed to 4 stars to reflect that I'm still overall satisfied but very wary of that change and will be keeping a close eye on the extension.
  • (2025-05-29) Yug Khatri: exactly what i needed
  • (2025-05-27) Charlotte Webb: Worked for me! Great little extension. Youtube should really have this row option baked into their menu option.
  • (2025-05-26) Víctor Garrido: I'm uninstalling it because it breaks the shorts playback. My only other Chrome extension is uBlock, so it's either because there's a conflict with that, or because I set "shorts per row" to 0 so I can remove them from my home page. Whenever I click on a short, the UI freezes and it plays it for 10 seconds or so before the video freezes too. I'm not leaving 1 star because the extension is nice and I hope it gets fixed
  • (2025-05-26) Simple, effective extension to fix the garbage changes that YouTube is always making. Thank you for addressing the recent issue with v1.1.3
  • (2025-05-26) Carl Magnus Olsson: 1.1.3 is out now. I still have to ask as it still reads as "This extension can read and change your data on sites." The row after reads "Automatically allow access on the following sites" but no words on change there. Is this still an issue, or? (Will update review when I know for sure what is up.) EDIT: For some reason, I had to remove it and reinstall for Brave to show it as https://www.youtube.com rather than the *://*.youtube.com/* that 1.1.2 had started listing. All is well again now, so also updated the rating. More than happy to recommend this extension for others, and thanks for your work!
  • (2025-05-24) Erin F: I really liked this and it fixed my problem, like the rest of the people who have commented since yesterday I'm not going to accept it being able to read and change data. I've read your explanation and I believe you, but will you be putting an update/fixed version here? I don't download files from random github links... Five stars for function, but I won't be using it until this is fixed.
  • (2025-05-23) A Meints: Awesome extension, I see there was an mistake made that has now resulted in the extension being turned off. I will wait for the update and reenable it when its fixed.
  • (2025-05-23) Rose huml: i don't understand why this extension wants to see and change my data on YouTube??? u said in the reviews that you dont store them but please explain why do u need them
  • (2025-05-23) Andrew Rexroth: I was using this and it worked great. Latest update added a read and change data for this extension. Why is seeing and changing my data on YouTube necessary? Uninstalled now.
  • (2025-05-23) Alex- 5026: Sigh... YouTube, as always, makes the stupidest decisions and sticks with them. Some may be clear, like injecting more ads into everything you do on YouTube. This is because, nowadays, every big company is racing to become the greediest. But some decisions are really weird—to the point where I sometimes think it's a bug, not a feature. Like how YouTube slowly decreases the number of videos per row on the main page—why? I found an extension and was really happy about it, since it could fix the issue. However, the developer soon released an update that did nothing except read and modify your data on all YouTube.com pages. Why? Just why? This serves no purpose other than showing how greedy and irresponsible a developer you are. I usually don't read terms of service or privacy policies because they're too long, but believe me, I will with this one. I don't want anyone to spy on what I do on YouTube. You could've at least told us exactly what your extension does. Will it inject more ads into YouTube? Will it create a phishing interface? Will it secretly sell my data to advertisers? Or could it simply change the number of rows? I'm definitely uninstalling this unless you either completely remove the feature or clearly explain what it will do.
  • (2025-05-21) Sumire Kun: works
  • (2025-05-21) Marcos Moura: Amazing!! Fixed my problem in a few seconds :)
  • (2025-05-19) Joshua P: Ridiculous that 3rd party devs have to craft extensions to fix Google's messes, but thank God there's people out there putting in the work. Not only are my feeds usable again (better than before, with full video titles), this extension also somehow fixed a completely unrelated issue my Chrome had with YouTube for... I don't even remember how long. Truly a miracle worker, this one.
  • (2025-05-19) haloInverse: In a perfect world, this extension would be unnecessary, and the number of thumbnails per row (or maximum pixel width per thumbnail) would be just another setting you could change on the YouTube Settings page. We do not live in a perfect world.
  • (2025-05-18) yu yu: very nice, thanks
  • (2025-05-15) Samuli Silvonen: doing gods work
  • (2025-05-15) Denis Metherell: Youtube new UI forced me to download this 3rd party fix after they decided to desecrate my blessed eyes with such horrible UI design.
  • (2025-05-15) Hayes: Fixes the "new and improved UI" youtube released, but every time I change any setting in the extension, it reloads and starts playing every tab that has a video open simultaneously.
  • (2025-05-15) Michael Ciero: Works great
  • (2025-05-15) Bogdan Benea: Amazing. Works without a glitch on Vivaldi
  • (2025-05-15) Никола Иванов: It is essential for using youtube on a desktop after the latest UI update. Thank you !
  • (2025-05-15) Tim White: It worked, thank you!
  • (2025-05-15) Soulbane: Youtube made the thumbnails massive again for some reason. Using this on Brave and it works perfectly. Thanks 5/5.
  • (2025-05-14) Porosus ': It works!!!
  • (2025-05-12) Airbee: Easy to use, does what it's supposed to do. Thanks!
  • (2025-05-12) Sudeep Bhaumick: Works as advertised. Thank you!
  • (2025-05-11) ashley: fixes the rows, but every time I restart my device, the youtube app and website won't load and I have to toggle this extension off and on and keep my extensions manager tab open at all times.

  • (2025-05-10) Arnold James McCoy: Highly Recommend.
