Turbo Download Manager (Classic) aims to provide reliable file downloading even on low-bandwidth internet connections like 3G networks.

Key Features:

3. Supports downloading from multiple sources
4. Permits previewing media files while they are being downloaded

How to Use:
Right-click on any link, image, video, or audio element, then select the "Download Now" option. The download manager interface will open, enabling you to initiate the download.

Difference between "Turbo Download Manager (3rd Edition)" and "Turbo Download Manager (Classic)" extensions:
The classic version of this downloader is the initial edition developed as a Chrome app. As Chrome Apps are deprecated, it has been transitioned to the manifest v3 extension platform.

Google User 2022-10-02: It's tricky to use and you need to clear your Chrome cache each time as this extension saves your download cache potentially consuming gigabytes worth of storage space.No option to save cached files on another local drive which isn't a SSD. The consequence, premature wear on your SSD or NVMe drive.

Ilham Prasetyo 2017-08-29: I use this app in Firefox mobile and it really helps for downloading anything fast. The downside is I still not able to make >2 threads for download links from, e.g., Solidfiles. I also not really certain if it works quite the same while the network is using proxy. Still, I hope this app can also be used in Chrome mobile since I usually going back and forth using Chrome to browse the downloadable links and download them using firefox mobile.
