Magic Edit is a powerful editing tool that gives you easy access to areas of your store/website that will allow you to:
Quickly access platform help documents and technical support;
- Access edit screens for orders, products/items, pages, posts, collections, categories, etc.;*
- Create new items, pages, posts, categories, etc.;*
- Access tools such as tests for speed, structured data markup, HTTPS readiness,** and more;
- View the Google Analytics Product Performance Report while on an individual item page;***
- Contact Your Store Wizards for technical support or work order requests.
Once installed, simply right-click the Magic Edit icon that automatically appears to access the shortcut menu with all the available actions for the site you’re working on. By using these shortcuts you’ll save time and mouseclicks by eliminating the need to go to your site’s backend before editing.

The interface is easy to use and makes editing my BigCommerce store and my WordPress blog so much easier with the all the shortcuts to add or edit products and blog posts right in my browser bar. As another reviewer said, this is a must have if you manage any of the websites or online stores the tool supports!!

It is so much quicker to simply go to your store, and while on a product page, for example, to just hit the magic edit icon on your screen, and you are now editing that information for that product. I know it can do more, but this is just perfect for me to get in and out of the page, edit, save and done. Thank you for creating this app YSW !!

- (2021-09-14) Casey Kimm: Works great with BigCommerce! A right-click on the Magic Edit button opens a quick menu for the most common tasks. From editing and adding to your store, to test such as Google Structured Data and speed test. A must have for BigCommerce store owners!
