Description from store Documentation: https://ringcentral.github.io/rc-unified-crm-extension/ Release notes: https://ringcentral.github.io/rc-unified-crm-extension/release-notes/ The RingCentral App Connect embeds a fully-functional web phone into a set of supported CRM platforms. In addition, the App Connect provides a deep integration with your RingCentral account to automate a number of key functions to help sales people save time and be more efficient. With the App Connect users can easily click any phone number to call that number and send an SMS, synchronize their call history with their CRM platform, schedule meetings, enter custom call disposition notes, among a number of other things. The RingCentral App Connect currently supports the following CRM platforms: Insightly, Redtail, Pipedrive, and Clio. Don't see your CRM in the list? Submit your idea to the RingCentral Ideas portal so that we can add support for it. Supported CRM platforms: Pipedrive, Insightly, Clio, Redtail, Bullhorn, NetSuite, Google Sheets Disclaimer: RingCentral Labs is a program that lets RingCentral engineers, platform product managers and other employees share RingCentral apps they've created with the customer community. RingCentral Labs apps are free to use, but are not official products, and should be considered community projects - these apps are not officially tested or documented. For help on any RingCentral Labs app please consult each project's GitHub Issues message boards - RingCentral support is not available for these applications.

  • (2025-04-21) Dale Chappell: WARNING: Does NOT work with Clio as advertised by both RingCentral and Clio. I wasted hundreds of dollars to switch to RingCentral and now I'm being told that RingCentral doesn't support Clio anymore. They removed the CRM manifest from their list of trusted sites. Yet, Clio and RingCentral still advertise that they integrate. False advertising that is costing people money and time.

  • (2025-01-02) Ross: This is a great tool that keeps improving with every release. The team and product manager behind it are actively listening and taking on feedback via the RC forum and it has already come a long way since initial release. They're now bringing in AI/Transcript features too which is a much welcomed next step. If you're reading this and considering using the tool to connect with Bullhorn - I highly recommend it. Also recommend joining the community forum if you want to give input.

  • (2023-11-09) Alex. Admans: I'm trying to use this for Clio. The CRM browser extension is not accessing Clio Contacts and doesn't enter in the phone logs once I hang up. I had to argue with Ring Central about the issue because they tried to tell me it was an issue with Clio, but the thing is, Ring OWNS the browser extension and Clio has no idea how it works LOL.

Let Ring Central know that calls are not auto logging to contact activity history in Insightly (like it used to with the old extension.) It's been a week & we've received no solution. Seems there is no contact integration between Insightly & the new Ring Central extension. All calls I make say contact cannot be found & I need to add contact to the CRM website. Sometimes I get an error message that says http line is too large, or something similar to that.

  • (2023-08-29) Guliker Design Group Inc.: This extension works great. It is now better than the previous one. I like that it opens the contact that is calling in Pipedrive in a new web page. This way I can see all the contact info of my missed calls while I'm away from my desk.
