They add new platforms to support every now and then, and for those that aren't included, you can bulk upload with the template they provide. Significantly easier and quicker than what other similar services do in such cases. If I have an issue, Eiri is easily reachable in the chat and he is very helpful. Whether it be a quick fix or something I don't understand or an issue that would take more time, he listens. He also reads through the feature suggestions and you can follow the solution. So give PublisherChamp a try! They also have nice pie charts for you if you prefer a visual option to see your royalties at a glance.

Allen M 2026-02-03: I wasn't sure if Publisher Champ was the tool for me at first, but with some discussions with the founder himself, my initial concerns were answered. I am now finding this to be a very worthy tool. The integration with ads, ACX, Amazon, and many wide services reduces input time drastically, and the integration with Amazon attribution includes a level of stats that is actually easier to drill down and analyze than Amazon attribution itself. As a publisher with multiple authors and collaborations, I am able to more easily see and analyze the data in different ways to support my business. The ability to see authors/pen names, or series performance and rankings at a glance has been very helpful. The response and turnaround times from the team on issues and questions have been second to none. I usually wait some time before I review software or services, but this product and company is a definite improvement over other services used in the past. I am very pleased with this product.

Barry Hutchison 2026-02-01: Where has this thing been all my life? I've tried a few different reporting tools for KDP, and they've been a bit hit or miss. Publisher Champ seemed a bit overwhelming at first glance, so I didn't pay it too much attention. Last week, though, I accidentally stumbled upon it again, and took all of ten minutes to figure out what I was doing and get set up. Wow. As someone who publishes on KDP, ACX, Spotify, Shopify, Voices by InAudio, and various other platforms, being able to view them all in one place, alongside advertising spend on Facebook and Amazon, is incredibly useful. I haven't looked at any individual dashboard since, other than to check accuracy (it's accurate!), and have instead just been checking in on Publisher Champ once a day. In fact, in the recent days, I haven't even been doing that, because it automatically sends me an email summary at the end of the day, updating me on sales. I've had two questions about the software, which I asked in the live chat, and got answers to from Eiri, the founder, in seconds. He immediately understood what I was asking, and directed me on how to do what I was trying to do. I am already becoming quite evangelical about this software. If you are an indie publisher, give it a try, and prepare for your mind to be blown.
