Online it tells me do to do xyz and to click here, but when I do is just wants to sell me more. I had total AdBlock for years, but since I renewed and paid them in January it doesn't work.

• (2025-03-16) Bob: I paid for a new subscription because Total AV tried to bill an expired Credit Card. Bill me like normal people do and you will get paid on time. I paid online and have yet to receive what I paid for which isn't endless Total AV popups to add blockers and sign up to Total AV messages. If this doesn't stop soon I will want a refund and go to another company. You people are too pushy for your own good... Following day - I got my renewal 0f Total AV. The add blocker sucks because it can't block Total AV's pop up adds. Very annoying and I can see me canceling my subscription in the near future if this isn't resolved. Funny how they mess with you and create the issue that they claim to take care of. WTF

When I tried to contest these charges, I was suspended. I paid again on another CC and again I have been suspended. The billing and charging of products and services appear to be deliberately confusing and questionable. Looks like I am going to have to file BBB complaints and complaints with other agencies. I had a hell of a time installing it and every time since it is like having to start all over again. Make it simple but, I keep getting requests for things I already have.

• (2024-12-10) Don: This extension has severe problems, I downloaded and donated 20$. The app says free trial expired. I think maybe it is my fault, so I go in on their website and started over PAYING for it on their paywall. It is still "expired". I WANT MY 40$ BACK. This app is a RIPOFF!

• (2024-11-11) Tina: These app & its creators tricked me into purchasing more than just the Total AdBlock service, by not showing, full screen, that my purchase was complete, instead showing the green colored, tiniest sized font at the very top of the screen stating my purchase was complete. Since the page didn't change, I kept hitting the purchase button thinking it wasn't going through. Because like I said before, the verification of the purchase is in a very small sized green colored font that's so small you do not only not see it but you don't notice it period. At least I didn't until I seen the receipt, and I spent over $100 on extras that I never wanted> Trying to get in touch with someone to cancel and receive a refund is seemingly impossible. I think it made the pop-ups and ads appear more frequently as well.

As soon as I did that, I was "asked" to add on all of these additional services for a fee. Huge disappointment

Trying to force me into buying the full version, yet cannot buy just the ad blocker. Trying to remove now and still receiving ads from them. How hypocritical
