- The tool works very well: transcription is fast, reliable, and the ability to customize hotkeys makes the workflow truly efficient. It’s a very useful resource for anyone who works with audio regularly. The only issue is the credit warning. The system notifies you only after you try to transcribe, which can lead to losing long audio files and creates unnecessary frustration. It would be much better if the warning appeared before starting the transcription.

- One thing that is very silly in this extension is when it reaches its free limit and asks you to pay, it doesn't tell you right away. It happens with me a lot that I record a 10 minute long message. I keep speaking for 10 minutes and it doesn't give me any messages that my limit is over. But when I'm done speaking 10 minutes and it's transcribing, it just wastes my effort of speaking 10 minutes. If my limit was over, why don't you let me know before I do all that effort? Even though it's a great extension, because of this making me angry every time, I only rated three stars.

- Just wanted to warn people about this Chrome extension. Instead of letting us use our own OpenAI API keys, they force us to buy their own made-up currency. And they're charging us about 10 times what OpenAI actually charges. So when they pay 10 cents to OpenAI, they're charging us a dollar. It's ridiculous. I get that developers need to make money, but this is just greedy. There's no reason to mark up the price this much, especially when all they're doing is passing our requests through to OpenAI's API. Look elsewhere or just use OpenAI directly. Don't waste your money on this extension. The developer is clearly trying to profit off people who don't know any better.

- A phenomenon product to increase your productivity. With another way of Voice typing, you will have to double check or check or supervise before send it. But with Whisper AI, it trying to understand context that you say. So most of the time the output is correct and you just need to send it

- After almost giving up on trying to find a decent voice to text tool I'm glad that I persevered through trying just one more option. Perhaps it's my accent, but Open AI Whisper is just so far ahead of Google's SST that it feels unfair to put them in the same software category. Google was so unreliable that it slowed me down. With Whisper, I feel like I'm actually using what this technology was supposed to be. Very pleased with the extension too. Some really nice UI touches (the recording notification that persists across tabs is helpful). In what seems like a sea of underwhelming transcription tools this actually seems like an extremely promising project!

- I had been long time waiting for a speech-to-text dictation tool that would free me from Dragon Naturally Speaking with its very high cost and, still, significant limitations. Moreover, a cross-platform tool that would allow me to work on any OS including Linux. It finally came with amazing super-accuracy, even if you dictate specialized scientific or technical text. It has a tool to add your own custom words (really few to add in the biomedical field!). The direct English translation tool yields top quality English and you can enable grammar correction modes. The future of cross-platform speech-to-text dictation has arrived!!!

- I like the user interface. It's got a nice design and the sound is nice. It's a really nicely designed app and it's saving me lots of time. Is it possible to use it within Outlook or Teams on Chrome? This would be a big time saver. Otherwise, I will just copy and paste from Chat GPT.
