- It doesnt work at times, had a 1 hour call and it didn't recognize it, while it was working perfectly for yesterday's call. So i think something in the backend broke and you will never know of it, so its better to have backup

I use it as a district Special Education supervisor and it helps free us up when we need to take notes.
