Rancher.io cluster background changer.

Changes the background of the Rancher.io pages according to cluster, namespace, pod..
This is very useful to immediately understand in which cluster/namespace/pod you are working on and save you from unwanted actions (i.e: changing something in PRD thinking that was DEV..).

You can define different rules just by clicking the extension icon.
