Photo Screen Saver

There seems to be a bug where photos look garbled when running at Windows in portrait mode.

I have been using it for a while and it does exactly what its called for.

I hate that I had to install it to see what sources were supported. Is there some law against making a list of those sources and putting them here?

1. The instructions and options no longer match the settings ui. 2. I expect it to work like the built in screensaver and cover over the lock screen,, but it doesn't. Great options, but doesn't (no longer?) work.

Great for a selectable slideshow from my Google Photos. Quite a nifty extension.

A godsend on chromebooks! I never expected this from a chrome extension, but it works so well, it is amazing. The built-in sources provide great photos. And to top it all, by adjusting a few settings it is easy to get a Ken Burns effect (use zoom as display mode, and only fade for transitions). I am even using it on my Windows machine, instead of the much older Motion Picture and Nostalgic screensavers.

Suits my needs! Was looking for a way to incorporate Google Photos into a screensaver and this easily delivers!

it is good and bad, when i want to add another album, it only show 20+ but i have more than 100 album that i cannot find them. try to report bug, and there is bug in the system.

I found that I couldn't keep my eyes off it once the slideshow started. Absolutely fantastic. It's like taking a trip around the world and everywhere in between with the graphical pictures. The really neat part of the screensaver is that you barely see the same photo twice in a night. Thanks.

Use it all the time to show me photos from one of my Google Photos albums. One feature request: 'date taken' from Exif data, so that it shows when each photo was taken. Optionally, of course.

Great, I love it!

It was great. Then it stopped being able to access Google Photos. Then it could again. Now it can, but it won't stay logged in, so after a while it freezes on just the last picture it downloaded until I grant it access again. Takes less than a day to lose access again.

Does what it says on the tin, and makes my computer into a live photo album when not in use. The album selection is sometimes a little wonky, and it would be nice for those of us with lots of albums to be able to search for a given album name, but all in all very satisfied.

Simply doesn't work for me. Great idea, but just doesn't work.

Some issues... 1 - Dual Monitor Mode -- does not control both monitors, only external monitor 2 - Youtube -- goes to sleep DURING Youtube videos if you don't move your mouse around while you watch. Not a bad product, but it is a bit annoying with the Youtube thing. I can set the sleep mode to 15 minutes I suppose and then most of what I watch is okay.

Absolutely love this screensaver extension. Works perfectly and super easy to use. Highly recommend all Chromebook users to use it.

It's VERY good. Allows screensavers for my Chromebook. I wish I could import from my computer and other sources, and allow videos and animations as screensavers.

First class extension really.

I got a Google Smart Display that showed my Google Photo Albums on a small screen. I liked it so I looked for something to do it on my big desktop screen and found this - love it - rediscover years of old pictures and memories.

Exceptional Extension. Love that it gave the ability to add a screensaver to my chromebox. Great number of custom setting available.

Everything is great; my only change suggestion is to move the displayed text around so it won't burn into some screens.

I like it, just get annoyed at the fact that, with the SLIGHTEST touch, it wakes back up. Maybe it's just me.

Extension worked well for some time, but now will not go to fullscreen mode. The photos are displayed inside of the browser. All of the outside of the page remains visible. It is not appealing. Here is a screenshot of what I see: http://prntscr.com/qs3jr6. Photos look like this on every system with Chrome. I will attempt downgrading my Chrome browser, to see if that changes anything. It is surprising that many reviews have not been made for this issue (others not experiencing?). I have attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the extension, to no effect (this changed nothing).

l love this extension, it does exactly what I want it to do. I like having a screensaver activate after a certain period of inactivity on my Chromebook and cycle through a variety of high quality photos. It acts like a PC screensaver, and I really didn't think I'd be able to find something that would work that way on a Chromebook. Nice!

If it did what it said it did, I'd give it more than 2 stars and I'm being nice. Not ONE picture from my Google photos and I tried every option this has. So here's what I'm gonna do - UNINSTALL IT!!

Good, but I want to use it for sub display while I'm using computer in main display.
