How it works
- Install the extension and open the toolbar popup.
- Run the Setup Wizard and connect with your Dev Garden account.
- Browse as usual: right‑click to “Save to Dev Garden” or use the popup.
- Open your dashboard to search, tag, and organize everything you’ve saved.
What you can save
- Stack Overflow questions/answers and accepted solutions
- GitHub README files and code views
- ChatGPT conversations
- Documentation pages, blogs, and any page selection
- Personal notes and code snippets
Permissions used
- activeTab, tabs: Read the current page when you choose to save it.
- contextMenus: Add “Save to Dev Garden” to right‑click menu.
- storage: Store your connection settings locally.
- notifications: Show success/error toasts after saves.
- host permissions: Limited to developer sites and your Dev Garden domain to send saved content to your account.
Privacy
- Only content you choose to save is sent to your Dev Garden account at https://dev-garden.io.
- No analytics tracking; no sale of data. You can delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
Requirements
- A Dev Garden account (free plan available).
- Connection to your Dev Garden instance (Setup Wizard handles this in seconds).
