Description from extension meta
An extension that lets you delay the response from specific URLs

Description from store
Chrome Devtools allows you to throttle network speed across all network requests. However, if you want to slow down a specific URL while leaving others at normal speed, you're out of luck. Use this tool to achieve that. Install and specify the URL with a delay in milliseconds. Whenever the browser requests that URL, the response will be delayed by that amount of time. URLs not matching the ones you enter will behave as they normally would.

- (2024-03-21) James: Works just like a charm ;)
- (2024-02-09) Ihor Syrov: Awesome extension. It helped me to debug an issue. Very easy to use!
- (2024-01-17) Edmundo Elizondo: Good and simple, not bloated (unlike "Requestly"). Works if you need a delay working on your daily browsing. For development-time only, a similar extension "HTTP Request Blocker and Delayer" works only when DevTools panel is open; it also provides a bit more flexibility for each URL/rule (e.g. different delays). Blocking multiple/parallel requests seems to be a Chrome API limitation, see the GitHub page for the "HTTP Request Blocker and Delayer" extension. Use Firefox instead.
- (2023-12-15) Роман Коцур: Unfortunately, the extension does not handle parallel requests. That is, if you set a mask for one domain, then get ready for all the styles, images, scripts, etc. will be processed one by one!
- (2023-11-17) Marvin Xu: Works like a charm! But can I set different delay for different rules?

- (2021-11-05) Michael Ellis: A totally cool and helpful extension that worked great initially, but after 10 minutes locked up Chrome (memory leak?) and then wouldn't open or work properly.

- (2021-09-05) Andrea Fredrickson: Does not work. I entered a website and told the extension to throttle for 5000ms, and the site never managed to load after 5(!) minutes, with the fan on my laptop going like crazy, and I could not even open the extension menu because it froze.

- (2021-07-16) Michel Hébert: The filtering works great, however, the extension has some serious lag. When I try to type into the input fields, I don't see anything...until I close the box and click on the icon to show again, then I see what I type. If the address is long, and I try to click inside the input box and go to the end...it either takes 20 seconds for the cursor to get to the end, or it never does. All in all, this should is a must-have tool. I also agree with another reviewer that if they could allow individual URL's to have their own latency (instead of all of them, like now), it would be perfect (aside form the issues above)!

- (2021-05-01) Yotam Frid: It just works! It's worth nothing that this tool supports string wildcards, so something like myapi.com/items/**/subitems will work

- (2021-01-29) David Blumenthal: This is EXACTLY the tool I've been looking for for years, THANK YOU! It really lets you debug loading race conditions easily! My only other comment is that it would be nice to be able to set different throttle periods for different urls.
