FlexiFocus is your flexible productivity companion for Pomodoro, 52/17, Ultradian, Flowtime, and custom rhythms. Switch methods on the fly, auto-start breaks or work blocks, and enforce breaks when you need to step away. The popup gives you a clean countdown ring, status, and phase labels, plus quick controls to start, pause, resume, reset, or finish a Flowtime session. Track tasks alongside the timer: set estimates, mark focus sessions, auto-complete tasks when estimates are met, and keep a compact recent history of your sessions.

Customize everything: tweak work/break lengths, cycles before long breaks, themes (light, dark, or system), notification sounds and volume, badge countdowns, and lock-in mode to prevent accidental pauses. The options page saves your preferences to use across sessions.
